Panel Beater / Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team. As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels to their original condition. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail., Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels
- Use power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to perform repairs
- Assess the extent of damage and develop a repair plan
- Follow schematics and manufacturer guidelines for panel repair
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality repairs
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and repair manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and develop effective repair solutions
- Attention to detail to ensure precise panel alignment and finish
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good customer service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
