Full Job Description

  • Planning, managing & optimising campaigns (performance & branding) across different channels including Google, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Programmatic, SEO and many more!

  • Email marketing and tools (such as HubSpot) experience required>

  • Testing new platforms and identifying where we can grow the business across our markets.

  • Piloting and A/B testing to improve campaign performance in terms of Clicks, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and other key performance indicators.

  • Managing your budget and allocating it across different campaigns in the most cost-effective way.

  • Identifying and exploring new growth opportunities that could drive new B2B pipelines for Stuart.

  • Working closely with the local marketing teams to define innovative acquisition strategies, establish the distribution of budget by channels and deliver the best ROAS possible.

  • Collaborating with our Brand Design Team to build high-quality creatives. Report on ads performance. Test, iterate and validate new creative concepts or approaches.

  • Analysing and reporting performances on your assigned markets.

  • Identify global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities.

  • Auditing and monitoring countries paid acquisition campaigns setup and performances, and identify key optimisation levers.

    You have proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role in fast-paced, SaaS or digital environment.

  • You are data driven and have proven experience running online advertising using Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and SEO.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English are mandatory as you will work and collaborate with international teams.

  • You have a strong interest in data monitoring and analysis.

  • You have already managed a budget and are accountable for your spendings.

  • You know how to prioritise effectively and work under tight deadlines.

  • You are organised, autonomous, rigorous and proactive.

  • You are a team player.

  • You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as Marketing & design, local markets, and sales.
