We welcome the challenge to work in new ways and have trust in you when getting the job done because we recognise, our business is our people.Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement (CI): Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, optimize business processes, and improve cost-effectiveness.Operation Performance Improvement Plan: Create and execute a detailed plan targeting operational performance enhancements in line with customer requirements.SQDCP Metrics Management: Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) metrics to drive improvements and
ensure compliance.Driving Operational and Technical Support: Manage significant operational changes, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and market demands.Pivotal Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, operational leadership and facilitating effective communication and alignment of transformation initiatives.Direct Collaboration with the COO: Liaise directly with the COO to deliver attainable actions and ensure targets are achieved.Lead the development and management of Risks and Opportunities to achieve business growth to customer plans.Implement robust inventory management practices to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory, while maintaining optimal levels.Lead and inspire a high-performing team, providing guidance and mentorship to direct reports and establishing a strong customer engagement baseline delivery.Required Skills & Experience:Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, project management, and implementation of key
