Full Job Description

You will be working closely within the Operations Team, ensuring contracts are updated and relevant system adjustments are completed to ensure that stock levels are maintained to the required levels. Particular emphasis on using appropriate forecasting techniques and analysis to best achieve this.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and initiative-taking individual with a passion for efficiency and exceeding expectations. An experienced individual who thrives in a challenging environment and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. The selected candidate will be the right-hand person to our busy Inventory & Data Analytics Manager, providing an invaluable blend of duties. You will be the first point of contact, filtering information and ensuring the department runs smoothly, allowing the Inventory & Data Analytics Manager to focus on strategic initiatives., Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.

About the Candidate:

  • Highly Computer Literate, Intermediate+ excel user.

  • Must be able to work on their own initiative with a high level of self-motivation.

  • Be able to demonstrate the appropriate level of experience and be commercially aware.

  • You'll also be an outstanding team player, someone that is willing to share and contribute across the wider team / business.

  • You'll need to be enthusiastic, engaging and innovative.

  • Ability to interpret and extract data contained within databases and spreadsheets.

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • If you have a few years sourcing experience under your belt, and you are looking to take the next step in your sourcing career, this really is an option worth exploring.,
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

    This position is based full time in our Head Office in Birstall. The working hours are between 08:30-5.00 Monday to Friday with a 30-minute lunch.
