Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated part time Office Administrator to join our team. As our Office Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting our Maintenance Team and play a crucial role in the effective running of the team.,

  • Prioritising and allocating maintenance tasks in a timely and effective manner

  • Coordinate maintenance rotas for all maintenance staff for Toast Maintenance

  • Liaise with office to identify any repair or maintenance needs

  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and renovations

  • Maintain accurate records of property maintenance activities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly

  • Liaise with the Accounts department regarding costings and invoicing

  • Stock management and ongoing monitoring

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, property certificates and safety standards maintained

  • Ability to prioritise workload

  • Collaborate with property owners to ensure their satisfaction with property conditions

    Excellent communication skills

  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Confident and decisive approach

  • Good team player

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and staff simultaneously

  • Previous experience in working for a trade company or related field is preferred, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)
