ODN Director

The post holder will manage the Y&H NCC, PCC & SiC ODNs to deliver whole system work programmes for each Network. The post holder will work as part of dynamic ODN teams ensuring each ODN aligns and works with established and evolving NHS organisations in the delivery of these programmes, to improve joint working and to achieve better outcomes and service access. The post holder will collaborate with regional & national level programmes of care leads as well as commissioning quality teams and national outcomes leads. The post holder will ensure that each ODN

Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust hosts the Y&H NCC, PCC & SiC ODNs on behalf of the provider units which make up the networks. The geographical area of Y&H includes 19 units within 15 provider trusts and 5 ICBs/LMNS' footprints.

The post holder is accountable to both the Host Organisation, who performance manages the ODNs on behalf of Yorkshire and the Humber through contractual relationships, and the Regional (NEY) NHSE team., Sheffield Children's is one of three independent, specialist paediatric hospitals in the country, providing dedicated healthcare for children and young people across community, mental health and acute specialist settings.
