Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children
- Provide childcare support in a nursery setting
- Manage daily activities and routines for the children
- Utilise early childhood education techniques to support learning and development

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Ability to drive educational activities and engage with children effectively
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education - Level 3 or above
- A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the growth of young children
