Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager in executing our marketing plan and strategy. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives and helping us achieve our business objectives.

· Work alongside the Marketing Manager to implement InstaGroup's marketing plan and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.

· Take ownership of planning and executing company events, including trade shows and exhibitions, with a focus on delivering engaging experiences for attendees.

· Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to support the seamless execution of marketing activities and initiatives.

· Support the wider team in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

· Monitor, analyse, and report on customer engagement and feedback gathered from events, providing valuable insights to inform future marketing efforts.

· Assist in the creation of promotional materials and printed collateral, ensuring consistency with InstaGroup's brand identity and messaging.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns aimed at nurturing customer relationships and driving conversions.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management, preferably in a similar industry or market.

· Experience with email campaigns and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

· Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
