easyJet wants to build the world's leading airline retail offering and we are looking for someone to come and join our ambitious team. The Inflight Retail team sits within the Marketing function and is tasked with delivering a completely integrated retail marketing strategy that delivers to the bottom line. We want to stay ahead of the latest consumer trends in food, cosmetics, and consumer goods, identify and implement technology disruption and build strong brand & retail partnerships. All of this will take place within the unique retail environment of an airline operation.
What you'll be doing:
You will report to the Inflight Retail Marketing Lead and work closely with Inflight Retail Managers, the Marketing function and internal stakeholders such as CRM, the internal studio and Web and App Content team as well as 3rd party agencies to bring to life marketing campaigns and creative assets for our Inflight offering, specifically related to Pre Order and Order to Seat launches.
You will develop an insight driven marketing strategy, owning the end to end Inflight customer journey touchpoints and analysing where and when we should be best interacting with our customers to drive brilliant customer experiences and revenue for the business.
The Marketing Campaign Manager implements the marketing plan and manages the creative development and implementation of Inflight Retail (IFR) marketing campaigns across the post booking life cycle from paid and organic media to CRM, push and web comms. You will also own and report on commercial KPIs.
You will be responsible for the marketing strategy and implementation plan for IFR Order to Seat and Pre-Order owning all commercial KPIs
You will understand the customer journey and customer insight in relation to IFR, identifying and developing effective communications across those touchpoints
All activity will be aligned to easyJet's brand and marketing strategy

You will have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience gained in a marketing team ideally in a large retail consumer brand on either Client or Agency-side.
You will have an excellent understanding of paid and organic media channels such as social and will have worked with creative and media agencies across multiple channels, particularly in the digital space.
You will have a good understanding of the marketing campaign process, from planning, to briefing, creative development, production and measurement.
You will have creative judgment and the ability to interpret customer insights and turn these into clear implementation plans.

We typically get together 3 times a week in the office at Luton Airport or meet at our agency / partner offices to keep the creative juices flowing.
