Full Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Line Support in our Bottling Hall Team. The successful applicant will support with the team's operation and achieve results by supporting the shift managers by planning, organising, developing and motivating the cross-functional team supporting continuous improvement. This will, on occasion, require flexibility regarding hours and shifts of work and duties that need to be carried out.
A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and a respect for Health and Safety and attention to detail are important attributes. Full training will be supplied.
Should you be invited to an interview, we would look to see examples of how these relate to you. It would be great, but not essential if the successful candidate is trained in Basic Food Safety & Foundation H&S, as well as being an FLT license holder. Training will be provided if not.

  • To have responsibility to ensure that the products manufactured are to the required safety and quality standards

  • Ensure that they and the Team Members operate to the site standards, as per training, whilst ensuring that all equipment and production areas are up to the correct standards, including being in good condition, without damage, clean, tidy, and suitable for safe operation

  • Proactively participate or lead team meetings to understand and contribute to achieving shift targets and ensure that they raise any operational issues, including health and safety, quality, and training concerns, for resolution

  • Embrace the two principles, which are to offer only the finest products and continually challenge the status quo.

    It is anticipated that, the hours of work will be 39 hours per week follow a 2-shift rotating pattern of 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm. It should be noted that there could be a requirement to provide cover for the weekend and nightshift on occasion.
