Lead Generation Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have experience in sales and telemarketing. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. - Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information
- Utilize software tools, such as Salesforce, to track and manage leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
