Kitchen Assistant

Assist in food preparation under the guidance of Chef
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items, veg prep
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food handling and kitchen safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
