Full Job Description

The major responsibility of this role is to provide support to the European Systems Manager, proactively manage the network Infrastructure systems utilised within the business. To provide IT Service Support for escalated issues. To further develop, install, configure, and maintain all components of the systems infrastructure.,

  • Maintenance of discounts in all PartsPlus Markets ensuring compliance to PartsPlus Policies and Procedures.

  • Testing of all systems with any new developments,

  • Primary contact to Ford Motor company for PartsPlus integrated system in the event of testing

  • Primary contact to Ford Motor company for PartsPlus integrated system in the event of any data feed errors,

  • Support the investigation of inventory misalignment between PartsPlus and Ford Systems

  • Ensuring training portal and company policies and procedures are aligned in each country.

  • Support in creating any required reports in each system to support the business.

  • Support local markets with any process improvement requirements.

  • Monitoring and responding to email requests in a timely manner.

  • Any other adhoc tasks that support the Central PartsPlus team.

  • Manage and maintain a consistent change management process, recording, and implementing change requests as required

  • Provide documentation, training, and guidance as required by the department or our internal customers

  • Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve problems.

  • Work with vendors to resolve complex system based problems.

  • Maintain central documentation

  • Provide IT Systems escalated calls

  • Provide day to day management, guidance and coaching


  • Technical Development and Maintenance
  • Undertake defined, regular audit and maintenance tasks along with general technical housekeeping.

  • Further develop your diagnostic skills

  • Ensure that all relevant documentation is being completed correctly and completely.

    Ability to travel within UK and other European countries (<10%)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (advanced knowledge in Excel a plus)

  • Understanding of Keyloop Drive / Keyloop Rev-8, would be a benefit but not essential.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, critical thinking, and time management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and quality


  • Desired Skills
  • 1-2 years of Operational / Admin experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work creatively, both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Multilingual, Italian / other European countries
