Industrial Electrician

We require an industrial electrician for a project in South Wales. This is a large industrial new build so a good background in this aspect is important.

A valid JIB card is required. A drug and alcohol test is carried out during induction on the first day.

£25.00 p/hr

50 hours Monday to Friday with Saturday available at Tx1.4

Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant certification
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
