Full Job Description

During this 10-week training period you will work on a daytime contract, Monday to Friday and between the hours of 12:00pm to 18:30pm. You will also be required to attend training in person at our Contact Centre based in Altrincham.

Full details will be discussed and confirmed at interview stage.

Once you have successfully completed your training period, with effect from the 25th August 2024 you will then switch to an evening contract to service our USA calls. As confirmed above you will work 30 hours per week Monday to Friday and between the hours of 6:00pm to 12:00am, on our evening shift.

From the 25th August 2024 you will work fully remote from your home address. All equipment will be provided; however, we do ask you have full working WIFI.

Full training will be provided but we are looking for individuals who are great listeners, confident and motivated with a positive attitude.

Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, as are basic keyboard skills. Experience in a customer service or administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.

The role is initially offered on a temporary basis with the option of progressing to a permanent contract from the 1st December 2024.

The contract will be 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, consisting of 5 x 6 hour shifts per week.

You will commence your role on £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.30 per hour following full training to ensure you are a multi-skilled advisor. Full details of our skilled pay scheme will be discussed at interview.

Working arrangements and training period

Your training period will commence from the 17th June 2024 and this will run for a period of 10 weeks.
