Full Job Description

  • Making use of the company LinkedIn & Facebook page for any updates etc.

  • Create and post adverts for new and current vacancies on relevant online platforms

  • Screening & Interviews

  • Sending out Contract Offers to applicants


  • Inductions & Processes
  • Carrying out Staff & Engineer inductions

  • Reviewing Company Processes with Line Manager(s) and documenting improvements


  • Human Resources
  • Liaising with External HR to ensure correct actions are being taken, ensuring the company is protected

  • Ongoing performance

  • Reviewing and following up on Department CAPA Registers with Line Manager(s)

  • Following up with disciplinary actions in line with the Employee Handbook


  • General
  • Office and Projects Staff

  • Maintaining record of Employee Holiday, Absence and Sickness registers

  • Reviewing staff trackers & registers to ensure any Holiday, Sickness and Absence is submitted to Accounts each month

  • Flagging and scheduling any open Appraisals


  • Payroll & Timesheet
  • Reviewing weekly timesheets submitted by engineers

  • Adhering to policy regarding break & travel deductions etc

  • Payroll queries

  • Timely submission of payroll information to Finance Manager

  • Salary is negotiable and based on experience and skill set.
