Health Care Support Worker - Day / Nights

Coed Du is a Independent Rehabilitation Hospital near Mold, supporting both Males and Females with varying mental health conditions or Learning disability

We are looking for experienced support workers for both Day and Night shifts. Shift patterns will be discussed further at interview.

As a Support Worker you will provide High Level of Care and Support to Vulnerable Adults. You will assist with daily tasks which may include personal care, attending appointments, 1-1 Observations and motivating and encouraging independency whilst building up skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with service users who may suffer with complex needs. Ideally the successful candidate will hold NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or be working towards this.

You must be a team player, but also confident to work on your own initiative for the benefit of the service users you support

All service users must be treated with dignity and respect and assisted/encouraged to lead a fulfilling life.
