Full Job Description

Royal Holloway's Marketing Group creatively brings to life Royal Holloway's stories; both to engage and bring in new students and showcase the University on the global stage. As the University enters an exciting new phase, with the launch of a new strategy (RH2030s) in the autumn, the Head of Product Marketing plays a crucial role within the team.
You will lead the planning, development and implementation of a data and audience-driven marketing strategy that supports awareness (for both student recruitment and reputation) and student number targets. With your team, you'll develop clear and compelling messaging for our six academic Schools, and the University as a whole, both for student recruitment and reputation, and maximise the contribution of owned, earned and paid channels to create and deliver effective integrated activity plans, taking a digital first approach.

You'll be an experienced marketing and/or communications professional, with a track record of planning, driving and delivering successful evidence-led marketing strategies that demonstrate ROI, plus considerable experience of all types of content production and an understanding of brand management. If you have proven ability to work collaboratively and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, lead and support a high performing team, and show a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would like to hear from you.

In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including generous annual leave and training and development opportunities. The post is based at the University's campus in Egham, Surrey, near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. There is also a base in central London from which it is possible to work.
