Hair Extension Specialist

Elite Hair Lounge are looking for new Hair Extension Specialist for our Stockwell branch.

As a Hair Extension Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair extension services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair extension needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.


• Recommend appropriate hair extension methods and styles based on clients' hair texture, length, and desired look.


• Apply various hair extension techniques, including but not limited to, Blend and style hair extensions seamlessly with clients' natural hair to achieve a flawless and cohesive look.


• Educate clients on proper hair extension care and maintenance techniques to ensure longevity and health of their extensions.


• Stay updated on the latest hair extension trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge services to clients.


• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the salon, including disinfecting tools and workstations after each client.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, professionalism, and integrity.


• Collaborate with other salon staff members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  
  Proven experience as a Hair Extension Stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.


• Proficiency in various hair extension techniques and methods, including installation, blending, and styling.


• Ability to work with different types of hair extensions, including:


- Human hair extensions

- Synthetic hair extensions

- Remy hair extensions

- Virgin hair extensions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult with clients effectively and understand their needs.


• Creativity and artistic flair, with a keen eye for detail and precision.


• Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for exceeding clients' expectations and delivering exceptional experiences.


• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
