Full Job Description

I am proud to announce the successful appointment our Quality Assurance manager to a senior post leading QA within CAFCASS. It's fantastic when a key member of your team is recognised and rewarded for their excellence through a career development of their choice and I have no doubt will bring great expertise and drive to their new service.

What it means for Worcestershire Childrens Services is that we have the opportunity for a new member to join our Children's leadership team as Group Manager for Quality Assurance and Safeguarding. The role incorporates line management of three managers responsible for our Independent Reviewing Officer and CP Charis and our team of Advance Social Work practitioners.

They will lead on social care QA programme and our children social care learning and development programme.

Opportunities within the role include regional representation for the authority and the newly appointed person will join the experienced leadership team as we move back into Worcestershire County Council.
