Full Job Description

We are looking for a Workplace Psychology Graduate who is wanting to move into psychology graduate position. The role will report to the Workplace Consultant to utilise expertise in psychology to provide strategic guidance and practical solutions internally and to organisations seeking to optimise their workplace environments. This role involves collaborating with clients to assess organisational needs, diagnose challenges, and implement evidence-based interventions that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and performance. Ultimately helping us to creating amazing workplaces.

The role will include but not limited to

+ Develop and create an inhouse workplace psychology toolkit and facilitate workshops to support change management
+ Support out internal workplace consultancy offering
+ Develop and create psychological assessments, surveys, and questionnaires to understand our client's employee attitudes, motivations, neurodiversity, and behaviours.
+ Provide consultation and intervention to improve workplace dynamics and team cohesion
+ Stay up to date on relevant research and best practices to form recommendations and interventions
+ Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building rapport and trust
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with empathy and resilience
+ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
