Full Job Description

The FOH team is the face of our business, and needs to take pride in their role, ensuring that they go above and beyond in order to provide our customers with a lasting impression.

WHAT DOES A WAITER/ WAITRESS DO?

  • Ensure every guest has a great customer experience by delivering consistently good service & delicious food & beverages

  • Be able to manage reservations - emails, phones etc

  • Take accurate food and drinks orders

  • Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (portions, ingredients or potential food allergies etc.)

  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

  • Willing to learn different skills within the business such as using the coffee machine and basic bar tending - Full training provided.

    Work experience as a server or wait staff member

  • Well presented

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Patient + friendly, a people person

  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations, Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

    Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
