Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and compliance of our clients sites., Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including planning and scheduling routes.
- Manage clients expectations by keeping them informed and up to date with current jobs and visits.
- Prepare PPM schedules and implement.
- Advise clients on correct course of action to maintain their sites.
- Implement preventive maintenance programmes to prolong the lifespan of equipment
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace

Proven experience in facilities management, including supervising maintenance staff
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team towards common goals
- Knowledge of joblogic or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English to liaise with clients, internal teams and external contractors
