Full Job Description

 Aspiring to the highest standards, and working with the support and collaboration of the Head of Operations, to lead facilities management in our school to ensure the safety, compliance, security and good order of the premises and site, ensuring a comfortable, fit for purpose and inspiring environment for our students, staff and visitors.


You will have excellent management and communication skills to lead and in-house team of site supervisors as well as coordinating with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for facility-related services, repairs, and renovations; conducting regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues. You will manage resources effectively to optimise facility operations and maximize cost-efficiency, implementing where at all possible, sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures to promote environmental stewardship and reduce operational costs.
