Experienced Front of House team member with Bartending experience

As a front of house team member and bartender at Rhostio, you will be responsible for preparing cocktails, preparing the bar for cocktail service and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise, engaging customers about our cocktail menu, ingredients, and flavour profiles. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every beverage is expertly prepared, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall success of our bar. Barista experience is a plus!,

• Prepare and serve a variety of speciality beverages, including craft cocktails, spirits and draught.


• Ensure the highest quality standards in mixology.


• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our offerings.


• Engage with customers and share your knowledge and passion ensuring that they feel welcome and valued.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment maintenance and regular cleaning schedules.


• Work collaboratively with the team to uphold the company's brand standards and contribute to a positive work environment.


• Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.


• Assist in the opening and closing of the store as needed.
  
  1 year experience as a bartender.


• Mixology skills.


• Barista experience is a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes.


• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.


• Strong communication skills to engage customers about our offerings.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.


• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.


• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling experience.


• A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the industry., customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Bartending: 1 year (required)


• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
