Full Job Description

  • Accurately input / process and collate data on the CAFM system and Databases.

  • Logging maintenance requests and assigning the tasks to the appropriate Contractor /Maintenance Operative

  • Preparing reports from the CAFM system for Estates and Operational personnel

  • Tracking repairs and overdue works

  • Coordinating maintenance workers via the CAFM system

  • Liaising and communicating with Contractors

  • Liaising and communicating with Site Staff

  • Providing administration support to Regional Facilities Managers.

    To be fully conversant with Word, Excel and other Microsoft office applications

  • Excellent written and computer skills including accuracy

  • Make decisions based on own knowledge seeking guidance from the Regional Facilities Manager when necessary

  • Developed communication skills including Telephone Manner Enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation

  • Excellent Time Management Skills and ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines

  • Excellent organisational skills and able to use own initiative Proven track record of working in an office environment

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Able to work alone or as part of a team


  • Requirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.   • Salary: Base salary of £27,000


  • Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 4:30pm


  • Holiday: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
