Child Development -

Ability to meet the needs of each child, and to ensure they can reach their full potential.

Ensure each child is planned for and supported to achieve the best possible outcome

To be an effective Key person

To understand the importance of assessing and observing individual children

Training -

To undertake any training required to ensure your knowledge meets the needs of all current children.
