Dental Receptionist

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our large reception and call center team, handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will include scheduling appointments, managing patient payments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.,

• Answering incoming calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner.


• Scheduling appointments and managing the patient schedule effectively.


• Taking payments and processing financial transactions accurately.


• Providing information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.


• Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.


• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
