CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally

- Parts ordering, scheduling of delivery, coordination of after sales work completion
- Maintain customer records by updating management system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Sale of services after handover

- Customer online review management

Supporting the sales team with a wide range of administrative tasks including;

• Assisting with showground appointments


• Taking telephone calls


• Updating information on our sales management system
  
  Strong organizational skills

- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Computer literacy with knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with online office software such as Google Drive, Docs & Sheets or Microsoft 365
- Ability to computerise data accurately
