Full Job Description

We have an opportunity within our Customer Service Team, Stapleford, in our busy contact centre, handling a variety of customer enquiries and bookings.

The successful candidate will be expected to answer calls from our customers and get them booked in to one of our branches, providing high level customer care but also focused on the business targets and following correct procedures.

You will also be expected to proactively contact our existing customers to remind them to book in a service and MOT etc as required by the business.

You will have the ability to liaise with all employees from the dealerships in order to resolve queries, complaints and gather information.

Communication must be efficient and friendly at all times.

  • Be sales orientated with the ability to work on their own initiative

  • Customer service experience either via the phone or face to face in any industry

  • Maths and English GSCE or equivalent would be desirable, however experience will also be a consideration

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on the task in hand to make sure we get it right first time

  • Confident PC user, particularly the Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a face paced environment

  • Self-motivated, always looking for something to do

  • Ability to solve problems and look at lots of information and determine what needs amending

  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and in person


  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.

    The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, on a rota, and also 1-2 Saturdays per month between 8am and 1pm, again on a rota.,
  • GCSE or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • customer service: 1 year (required)

  • Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
