Customer Operations Agent (2000)

An opportunity as arisen to join the P&O Ferries team in the Dover Port for the Summer period.

Working as part of a team, the role will provide a high standard of customer service whilst processing tourist and freight traffic in a safe and effective method throughout the Port of Dover as required, working across all areas of the operations to meet the demands of the business.

Duties will include but are not limited to collating and checking documentation, processing sales transactions including the handling of cash, correctly processing the import and export of unaccompanied traffic, assisting in the loading and unloading of Company vessels and ensuring the safety of all customers and colleagues.

Work will be to a shift pattern and will involve working outside on the Port in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a Port environment before and be able to work as team member with experience in delivering high quality customer service and taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of the role. They should have a full clean driving license.
