Corporate Debt Analyst

Debt Analyst role with an established asset manager. This position will have responsibility for a portfolio debt investments across a number of sectors and products.,

• Review and analyse financial covenants, cash flow projections, and business plans.


• Monitor borrowers' financial health, including cash positions, working capital, and key performance indicators.


• Ensure timely covenant tracking and accurate recording in relevant systems.


• Review legal documentation and recommend changes or amendments.


• Support negotiations on waiver requests, early repayments, and payment schedule restructurings.


• Prepare watch-list reports and credit risk assessments.


• Contribute to regular and ad hoc reporting requests from management, clients, and auditors.


• Provide guidance and support to team members, liaising effectively with different client departments.


• Maintain credit files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
  Experience within credit, credit risk, or portfolio management.


• Strong understanding of credit and financial analysis.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
