Full Job Description
We are seeking a Contact Centre Patient Advisor who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.,
- Speaking on the phone with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls
- Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
- Working quickly to organise replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence
- Inputting data and making amendments on the scheduling system
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times
Excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner - Admin and organisational skills
- A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
- You'll need to be computer literate

Role requirements: - 40 hours per week over 5 days with 1 hour lunch break
- Happy to work evenings and weekends.
- Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
- Shifts are 7am-4pm or 1pm-10pm
- Compulsory Working 1 weekend in 3
