Construction Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects., Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
- Negotiate and prepare contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process
- Perform risk analysis evaluations
- Manage project finances, including tracking variations and controlling costs
- Prepare and submit final accounts

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in cost control
