As Conference & Events Operations Assistant your role will be to deliver a unique guest experience through Food & Beverage. You will consistly provide a 5

• luxury experience with the Conference & Events department to our guests whether they're attending a training course or a wedding reception., As a Conference & Events Operations Assistant, key to your role will be:


• Deliver an exceptional level of service through a relaxed and profesional approach - checking in with guests at each course to ensure satisfaction


• Passing on excellent product knowledge of all Food, Beverage & Events


• Work as part of the team, help-out your fellow team members where necessary


• Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health and safety)


• Complete opening and closing duties, re-stock as required


• Team-orientated


• Have a professional appearance at all time
