Community Development and Outreach Worker

We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team here at Community Action:MK as a Group Support and Outreach Worker. The role is focused on undertaking a programme of outreach in Milton Keynes with ethnic minority and faith communities and to build on the research recommendations, engaging and working with these communities and partners. The aim is to facilitate and enable equitable access to cancer services and support and opportunities for these communities to have a voice and the ability to influence policy and decision making in cancer services.
