Full Job Description

Working with the Head of Communications, you will create engaging and relevant content for a wide range of audiences, maintaining and developing the College's social media presence across a number of platforms, updating the College website (using WordPress), monitoring website traffic, and using analytics tools to report on performance. You will also use your creative skills to produce inspiring print and digital assets, including photography, short films, news bulletins, email campaigns and College publications.

The role would suit someone who is creative, has excellent content creation skills (including copywriting, photography and social content), with the ability to engage a range of different audiences. Strong attention to detail is a must, as is a good understanding of social media and digital technologies. You will ideally have some experience working in a digital marketing or communications role, together with experience of using creative software such as Canva, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software. Experience of social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, email marketing services such as Stripo or Mailchimp, and content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal would be an advantage. However, of greater importance are your interpersonal and team-working skills, and your ability to successfully manage a busy and constantly changing workload.,

    Salary will be within a range £25,138 - £33,966 per annum, depending on experience, skills and qualifications.
