Cleaning Area Manager

We are looking for a new Area Manager to join the Indepth team to deliver that exceptional service. 40 hours per week flexibly in line with working times of contract. Covering the following areas, being able to travel is key,

• Responsibility for the operations of the team and for the overall delivery of the operational and financial targets


• Proactive engagement and communication with clients, developing strategic partnerships


• Consistently deliver KPI's


• Articulate results


• Working in conjunction with Regional Managers and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver and present both formally and informally to clients


• Responsibility for training and development, performance, safety and welfare of team members


• Hand's On approach to guidance and support helping team members achieve required standards


• Follow company and client's policies and procedures and accountability for inductions.


• To lead and promote team spirit and the business values


• To ensure that all resources, machinery and equipment are available on-site and maintained within specification


• To quote for new services and Ad-Hoc Work
  
  We are looking for an Area Manager who has at least 2 years cleaning management experience who will drive the delivery of cleaning and other soft FM services to a customer's portfolio of buildings. You will be someone who can work within a team and ensure targets are achieved within a timely manner and can bring your personality to the team and live our Values everyday: Trust, Respect, Integrity, Passion, and Team. • Cleaning/Facilities Experience is beneficial, cleaning Managemet: 2 years (required)
