CILIP Benevolent Fund Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised individual with a compassionate and flexible approach to support the Fund's Trustees. Working for the Trustees and reporting to the Trust's Chair, you will provide support with administration, records management and dealing with enquiries., The role is home-based, while some of our older records are stored in central London. We pay the Administrator an honorarium of £1,500 per year, in three payments of £500.

The successful candidate will need to have high attention to detail and advanced IT skills. A clear communicator, they will be able to deal empathetically and confidentially with applicants and beneficiaries, and indeed be able to relate professionally to people at all levels, working as part of the Trustee team and demonstrating strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in the third sector is not essential.
