Chauffeur Driver

You will be responsible for varied set of activities which will include but not be limited to acting as a personal driver, working in reception on various tasks when not driving, be responsible for security related tasks such as monitoring CCTV and clearing individuals at the office when not driving. Route planning, maintaining vehicle as well as ensuring that the vehicle is clean at all times. Restocking the vehicle and other such tasks that may fit within the scope provided within this description.

What the job entails:

• Drive the two directors and/or their guests on various long and short trips.


• Be prepared to drive the directors on international trips.


• Managing local office CCTV systems on site and remotely.


• Be posted at the local HQ and be required to complete various reception related tasks when not on duty as a driver.


• Organising schedules for various trips and tasks.


• Acting out various relevant tasks for the 2 directors of 15Talent.


• Carrying various items for the directors of 15Talent during trips.


• Be very well spoken and present yourself well.
  
  At least 10 years of driving experience


• Professional driving experience is preferable.


• No penalties and/or points on your license within the last 5 years


• Large vehicle driving experience similar to the Mercedes S class


• Ability to drive evasively and effortlessly manoeuvre large vehicles into tight spaces


• No criminal history


• Full DBS check will be required to come back as clear


• Be extremely flexible with your schedule and be prepared to work for overtime and weekends should this be required


• Be well presented and well spoken


• 10+ years of no claim on insurance, Do you regularly drive?


• Will you be able to maintain a flexible working schedule with fluctuating working hours?


• Do you have experience with driving large vehicles such as long saloon cars or HGVs?


• Do you have any prior professional driving experience as an executive driver?


• Have you been in any motor/driving accidents in the last 10 years?


• Have you received any points on your drivers license in the last 5 years?


• Do you have 10+ years of no claims on your car insurance?
