Care Assistant in CQC Outstanding company(Local Driver): Up to £15.69 / hour

Duties will include:

• Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day


• Personal care


• Administering medication


• Assisting Clients with washing and dressing


• Moving and Handling.


• Shopping


• Housekeeping


• Meal preparation


• Taking Clients for appointments or outings
  
  Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle


• Have a genuine passion to want to help others


• Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude


If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail, hospitality, hairdressers/ beauticians, Covid testers, and cleaners. Care Assistants pay rates (inclusive of holiday pay):

• Day Time £14.79


• Evening £15.13


• Weekends £15.69


• Bank Holidays £22.19


• Mileage allowance 35p/Mile, We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).


• We do a minimum of 1-hour calls (95%) - This means more care time with our lovely clients and you earn 1hour's pay with 1 client as opposed to many clients.


• Sufficient travel time between clients - calculated by google maps


• Excellent Care Assistant training programme including a new carer training programme for persons who are brand new to care.
