Bar Staff

We are looking for an outgoing individual to join the unique Potters Heron team. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to grow within our team. This role does encompass shift work with flexibility to ensure the work life balance meets your needs.

Duties include:

• Hosting guests and assisting with their their journey including taking orders and serving


• Preparing high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages


• Using a till to take orders and process payments


• Checking customers identification and age verification


• Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions


• Maintaining a clean and organized area


• Ensuring all items needed are stocked correctly
  
  Customer service skills, including being knowledgeable about products to assist customers


• Enjoy working with others and be able to cooperate as part of a team


• Active listening skills and a good memory for remembering different orders from different customers


• Calm demeanor


• Attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and organized
