Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry., Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests
- Help create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
- Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist in coordinating special events or promotions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in food production and preparation
- Culinary background or knowledge is a plus
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to make decisions under pressure
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
