Apprentice Operations Coordinator

Provide administrative support to the operations team

- Assist with data entry and record keeping

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

- Assist with document preparation, including drafting emails, memos, and reports

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Assist with project coordination and tracking

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

We are seeking an Apprentice Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients., Excellent typing and data entry skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

• English (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
