Full Job Description

  • Supporting the HR Team and Talent Acquisition Team in the administration, co-ordination and implementation of core strategic processes

  • Working closely with the HR Shared Services team to ensure employee changes are processed accurately, including contract extensions, compensation requests and employee terminations

  • Managing and being the first point of contact for the shared HR inbox

  • Managing required changes in the absence management tool

  • Acting as note-taker when required, for grievance, disciplinary and appeal meetings or other meetings as required


  • The training you will be getting

  • You will gain a Level 3 HR Assistant qualification

  • You will be trained by expert Tutors on a face to face an online basis

  • Training will take place of 18 months with monthly sessions or more based on your requirements

  • Have access to guest speakers and be able to tap into their knowledge and expertise, There is the opportunity to progress into a full-time People Assistant role, supporting both the HR and Talent Acquisition teams

  • We will provide ongoing learning and development opportunities to aid you in your professional development and future career within the People team

    Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Problem solving skills, Administrative skills, Team working, Initiative, Patience, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4-9) Desired

  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired
