Full Job Description

As an Apprentice Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will:

· Participate in the planning, design, programming, project management

· Produce design calculations, general arrangement Electrical services layout drawings and Sections

· Create detailed drawings for construction using a Computer Aided Design (CAD) system

· Carry out building surveys

· Contribute to the delivery of electrical engineering activities to agreed timescales

· Ese quality systems and risk assessment procedures to monitor and manage projects and their risks

· Write reports and Schedules of Conditions

· Work as a member of the Building Services team within a multi-discipline design organisation.

Have an analytical mind and enjoy problem solving and an eye for detail

Essential requirements:

- Good academic record

- Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Package

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

- Minimum 5 GCSE Grades A-C/5-9 including Maths, English and Science and/or

- A Level grades suitable for direct entry onto accredited p/t apprenticeship course

- Be willing to undertake the part time Building Services Engineering HNC course

- Driving Licence or willing/working towards obtaining a UK Driving Licence

Salary: £17000 - £24000 pro rata (All degree fees will be paid by Align Property Services)
