Full Job Description
- Sales Order Input - Processing customer orders, ensuring correct a/c number, dispatch date, delivery address, price, quantity etc.
- Answering incoming calls - quoting customers, answering general enquiries (lead time, availability, stock etc.) transferring calls to relevant colleagues
- Day to day office duties - Dealing with visitors to the premises, generating & sending invoices, responding to inbound emails, communicating with customers to resolve problems that arise, co-ordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- All other administration and ad-hoc duties as required.

- Monthly workshops with delivery either online or face to face
- 1:1 support by an Apprenticeship Assessor
- In-house mentorship provider by managers
- Functional Skills in English and maths, if applicable
- In-house training programme provided by the employer
We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice who is looking to learn & establish themselves as an integral of the business. You will be engaging & working with professionals & stakeholders whilst working towards a Level 3 qualification in Business administration.
