Full Job Description

Our Online Fulfilment team are now looking for an Administrator to support the day to day operations within the department by ensuring efficient and smooth onward flow of goods through the supply chain., In this role you will be responsible for exhibiting initiative in handling queries, prioritising tasks and working in line with SLA agreements.
Your duties will also include:

  • Running & monitoring system reports and taking appropriate action to resolve queries.

  • Ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently.

  • Investigating and resolving all customer queries in a timely manner.

  • Processing cancelled orders and returning stock back to storage.

    You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working alongside various internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent time management skills and possess the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You will be proactive in your approach and thrive on getting the job done to the high Harrods Standard in which we pride ourselves on.

  • You'll also have :
  • Flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Good PC literacy, SAP knowledge is preferable however not essential.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs e.g Excel, Office, Teams.
