Administration and Clerical Support Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organised individual to join our Admin and Clerical Team within the Pharmacy Department.

The successful candidate would be responsible for providing administrative support to the Team.

Accuracy and timeliness are key for this post within our busy Pharmacy department to support delivery of the best quality.,

• Providing a daily administration service to the Pharmacy Department.


• Lead Admin Support for the Pharmacy SOP group.


• Inputting annual leave onto Pharmacy Database and ESR in a timing manner.


• Pharmacy Sickness


• Pharmacy Induction


• Pharmacy Recruitment including TRAC


• co-ordination of meeting agendas and taking, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings from various pharmacy and trust wide fora within agreed time frames


• Preparing Pharmacy communication material.


• handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately in line with information governance legislation
  
  The successful candidate must therefore possess GCSEs (or equivalent) including English, Mathematics and IT along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.


Knowledge of the Pharmacy JAC system.

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working within a busy team and will be communicating with a variety of professionals across the Trust
