Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated administrative apprentice to join our Research & Development Clinical Delivery Team. The post holder will provide administrative support to Research & Delivery teams across a variety of specialities across UHCW.

The post holder will be working under full supervision at all times and will support trained staff in providing confidential administrative activities to meet the needs of the service in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will be supported with their professional development and educational requirements, with a comprehensive internal R&D training package alongside the UHCW apprenticeship scheme. On successful completion of level 2 training, there is scope for further educational support if desired.

Working under supervision, the post holder will be required to achieve work-related competencies over the 15 month period in order to achieve the full Apprenticeship.

The full Apprenticeship framework will require post holders to complete:

Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service

Functional Skills - Maths and English (Level 1) if not already achieved
